The browser storage TornChain uses.
TornChain currently uses only storage needed to sign members in, protect requests, remember a user-requested display preference, and operate the installable web application. It does not use advertising, analytics, cross-site tracking, or session-recording technologies.
No cookie acceptance banner is currently required
The authentication and security cookies are strictly necessary to provide the service a member requests. TornChain therefore discloses them but does not ask members to “accept” cookies that cannot be disabled while remaining signed in.

Third-party websites and optional features
TornChain does not embed advertising or social-media widgets. If a member chooses to open Torn or connect Discord, those services may set their own cookies on their domains under their own notices. Browser push notifications require a separate browser permission and are not enabled merely because a member signs in.
If optional tracking is added later
TornChain will not load a non-essential tracker before the member has made an affirmative choice. Any future preference panel will keep optional categories off by default, give Reject and Accept equal prominence, and provide a persistent way to withdraw consent.
